Most of the dialogue was around ESP. The ESP team shared an update on their activities and about some of the early experiences in APAC. Together, we did a co-creation exercise through the form of a Learning Map to take a storytelling approach to ESP. I found the exercise extremely valuable and I am looking to see how we can make this available to the entire team so we can collectively get smarter about the why, what and how about ESP.

The millennial generation was discussed extensively during the meeting and there were two external speakers from Wavelength showcasing some innovative digital campaigns to better engage the Gen Y & Z generations. It reinforced the need for us to develop a global digital TA strategy and to identify a tangible roadmap to completely digitize the experience we create for our candidates. We put Our Credo into action through a great community event. All the leaders in the room spent over an hour filling meal bags for Stop Hunger Now. Seeing everyone with hairnets on dancing to loud dance music was just hilarious.
