I don’t know about you but I had a busy week! I had some exciting meetings and finally start to get a reasonable understanding of our very diverse TA organization. I look forward to sharing my initial impressions with you during our next global TA Town Hall. Oh, and if you haven’t done so already, please answer these four short questions so we can structure the format of our town halls in a way they add the most value.

As you know, we’re already the world’s largest healthcare company but we also have the goal to be the healthiest. That means that as employees we need to know how our everyday actions impact our overall health and well-being – physically, emotionally and mentally. I’d like to show the rest of the HR organization that everyone in Talent Acquisition knows their numbers.
