I’m excited and proud to join the J&J Global Talent Acquisition team. This is an important opportunity for all of us to bring renewed energy, new ideas and a passionate commitment to collaboration and transparency.

I’ve already kicked off my listening tour and want you to know what you can expect from me in my first thirty days:

	I’ll meet with TA teams around the world, and with key HR and business stakeholders, to get a solid understanding for where we are today and where our biggest opportunities lie for the future.
	I’ll keep you up-to-date on my activities through blog posts.
	I’ll invite you to join TA’s first crowdsourcing event on SPARK in the coming weeks.

SPARK!? It’s coming soon!

In May, we’ll launch our Talent Acquisition group on SPARK – a new digital collaboration tool for J&J. With SPARK, we’ll be able to bring the entire TA team together to brainstorm about new ideas, shape our vision for the future, recognize the efforts of colleagues, and celebrate Our Credo. I’ll be in touch with more details shortly.

As we get started, there are two actions I’d like you to take, right away:

	Send me an e-mail to introduce yourself (or even a video!) and tell me about your ideas
	Engage in a discussion with another person on your team about new approaches

I’ll be blogging weekly, sharing my thoughts with you and inviting you to collaborate as we turn our ideas into action.
